This is a guided notes sheet reviewing surface area. There are a couple of multiple choice questions at the end of the notes where I used an app on the iPad called "Plickers" to have a very fast formative assessment to see what students needed additional help to start their homework at the end of class. Seriously check it out.... it's really awesome!
